Judging process
The Gulf Sustainability Awards bring together the organisations driving innovation and change in sustainability across the Middle East.
This event offers a unique opportunity to connect with decision-makers from the region’s most influential businesses, creating valuable partnerships and enhancing your brand’s visibility.
Why become a judge at the GSA™?
We take great pride in our rigorous judging process, selecting judges based on their expertise and standing in the customer experience industry. Every judge undergoes an application process, which is carefully reviewed by our internal acceptance panel.
Upon approval, judges sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to ensure confidentiality and are assigned to categories where no conflicts of interest exist with the finalists. This ensures a fair and impartial evaluation process.
Here are some of the benefits you can get as a judge.
- Contributing to a community that celebrates positive recognition and success.

Judging panels
Every judge is scoring up to eight entries across a maximum of two categories. We tend to have three to five judges per each panel (category). All judges score independently, which means that during the scoring process, they don't know who are their fellow judges till the day of the awards finals (finalists presentations or the second round of scoring). Recruitment is underway—secure your spot today to be part of this prestigious panel!

What our judges say
For me, the three key benefits of entering and judging the awards are learning, networking, and making an impact. We can all gain valuable insights from one another, broadening our understanding of sustainability practices while enhancing our skills. The event also provides an excellent opportunity to build strong connections across both the private and public sectors. Most importantly, it enables us to contribute to creating positive change.
